Corporate Social Responsibility Program

At Capsa Innovation Group LLC, we are committed to fostering a more resilient and future-ready nation by investing in the next generation of leaders through targeted support in Health, STEM Education, and Youth Service. We intend to use 3% of our profits to create a three-pronged Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program that designed to make a measurable impact in communities across selected states particularly in underserved and under-resourced areas.

We intend to launch the Capsa Grants Program—a grant initiative designed to support urban/rural health, K-12 education and service-based youth organizations serving 13-24 year olds in:

• Virginia
• Florida
• Texas

• Puerto Rico
• US Virgin Islands

We recognize that access to healthcare is often constrained by economic and transportation challenges, particularly in both rural and urban communities. To address these disparities, we intend to support mobile health initiatives that deliver critical care directly to those in need. Examples of this investment area are:

• Mobile Breast Cancer Screening   Programs
• Mobile Dental Care Services
• Public Health Education Programs in community-based centers

These initiatives are focused on increasing preventative care and health literacy for the most economically vulnerable populations.

We believe that strong foundations in logic, reasoning, creativity, and innovation are essential for future employment. Capsa Innovation Group will support K–12 educational programs that foster these skills through:

• STEM Programs that encourage hands-on learning and problem-solving

• Arts Education Programs, including visual arts and music to cultivate creativity and expression

• Music Programs that support cognitive development and discipline

Our investments will help create equitable access to high-quality education that builds career pathways in technology, entrepreneurial business, healthcare, and public service.

Capsa Youth Service Grants Program will be directed toward youth service organizations that actively shape the nation’s future workforce through engagement, leadership development, and community service.

• Young Marines
• U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary
• Native American Youth Conservation Corps
